“To me, healthy eating should be pretty easy. It’s less about
discipline and more about choosing food that provides fuel and leaves
you feeling good physically and mentally. It’s not about avoidance.
Go ahead and eat cake, enjoy chocolate or a glass of wine. Just be sure
some basic needs also get met. This includes the need to move our body
with exercise! Selecting and preparing good food can be easy and fun.
Life’s far too short for food and nutrition to be a hassle”.
Patricia loves to create and try new recipes.
Her specialty is delicious, simple meals that can be made in 30 minutes
or less. She also loves seeing the sparkle in her clients’ eyes
and extra spring in their step when they figure out healthy eating. She’s
a Mom who enjoys time with her husband and son, browsing food markets,
running and an active outdoor life enjoying nature’s simple, spectacular
beauty!
